شرح وظایف کارشناس برنامه ریزی و فروش

شناسایی و توسعه محصولات بالقوه جهت افزایش نرخ تبدیل و توسعه سبدهای خرید با تحلیل رفتار خرید کاربران، تهیه و بروزرسانی مداوم لیست خرید در همکاری با مدیر تیم و ارائه راهکارها به منظور بهبود فروش
کنترل جریان ورودی کالا در حوزه‌های تأمین و خرید با درنظرگرفتن داده‌های مربوط به فروش بالفعل و بالقوه در سیستم
پیگیری صفر تا صد فرآیند تأمین و خرید از زمان درخواست تا موجود شدن در سطح فروش آنلاین، بررسی متداوم جهت بهینه‌سازی فرآیند
بررسی و کنترل موجودی فروشگاه آنلاین و بروزرسانی روزانه موجودی، تعیین نقطه سفارش، موجودی اطمینان و کنترل مستمر فرآیند مربوطه با رویکرد بهبود مستمر
جلوگیری از ایجاد کالای رسوب در انبار، شناسایی و ارائه پیشنهادات به منظور پروموشن­های فروش در راستای حداقل‌سازی موجودی راکد و کالای رسوب در انبار
ارائه گزارش‌های منظم از فروش آنلاین، نرخ تبدیل و بازخورد مشتریان
مدیریت سفارشات آنلاین، پیگیری وضعیت ارسال و ارتباط با مشتریان و پاسخگویی به سئوالات و ابهامات ایشان و دریافت بازخورد از مشتری پس از تحویل کالا
بارگذاری و به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات محصولات در وب‌سایت فروشگاهی، مارکت ­پلیس­ها (دیجی کالا ، تپسی شاپ ، باسلام و سایر پلتفرم‌ها)
همکاری با تیم دیجیتال مارکتینگ برای بهینه‌سازی محتوای فروش، کمپین‌ها و پروموشن‌ها
نظارت بر قیمت رقبا
هماهنگی با انبار و واحد لجستیک جهت آماده‌سازی و ارسال

مهارت­‌های عمومی موردنیاز
مسئولیت پذیری بالا
دارای مهارت های قوی ارتباطی و روحیه کار تیمی و تعاملی
دارای قدرت مذکره و فن بیان مناسب
مدیریت زمان به منظور پیشبرد صحیح و منظم امور محوله
مهارت خود سازمان­­دهی به منظور مدیریت امور متعدد و تعدد تسک­ها
دقت بالا در جزئیات و توانایی در کنترل کیفیت خروجی­ها
توانایی کار تحت فشار و انجام چندین کار به‌طور همزمان
ترجیحاً آقا، دارای حداقل 3 سال سابقه کار مرتبط با تأمین، لجستیک، خرید و فروش
حداقل دارای مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مرتبط

مهارت های تخصصی موردنیاز
آشنا با مجموعه Office خصوصاً نرم‌افزار اکسل و مسلط به گزارش‌گیری و گزارش‌سازی
دیتامحور و توانایی تحلیل دیتا و ارائه راهکار بر اساس آن
تسلط به ابزاهای گزارش­گیری و ایجاد داشبورد
داشتن آشنایی و سابقه کار در فضای ایکامرس و آشنایی با SAP مزیت محسوب می شود
