This position plays a key role in optimizing Digikala’s operational processes and requires close interaction with internal teams. Responsible for workforce and budget planning to ensure the optimal execution of operational activities. The role requires collaboration with financial and operational managers to analyze costs and develop workforce plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing historical data and forecasting future resource needs using statistical tools.
- Coordinating with departments to allocate resources based on project or operational priorities.
- Preparing analytical reports on resource status (such as shortages or excess capacity).
- Calculating bonuses and incentives.
- Calculating backlog and forecasting workforce requirements.
- Monitoring key indicators such as OCT, OTD.
- Participating in cost reduction and productivity improvement projects with a focus on resource management.
- Monitoring resource performance and providing feedback to management.
- Planning and managing budget allocation across operations.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators and offering process improvement solutions.
- Preparing and presenting management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Designing and implementing resource optimization processes in distribution centers and warehouses.
- Coordinating with production, sales, logistics, and HR units for resource allocation based on organizational priorities.
- Ensuring resource planning is aligned with budget and financial goals.
- Identifying bottlenecks in resource allocation and proposing improvement solutions (such as process automation)
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in CS, marketplaces, or online platforms.
- Proficient in python, Excel and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, ).
- Inovate mindset is critical
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills is required.
