  Responsibilities:
• Write clean, scalable, high-performance, and testable code
  • Build reusable libraries and components for future use
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle with a focus on coding and debugging
  • Collaborate on defining the technical roadmap and system architecture based on business needs
  • Share knowledge through brown bags, tech talks, and by promoting best engineering practices
  • Actively receive and incorporate feedback to improve and grow
  • Communicate effectively across teams to support progress and unblock issues

  Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using Go
  • Strong understanding of Go language concepts, idioms, and design patterns
  • Proficient in goroutine and channel patterns
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and gRPC
  • Experience with databases such as Redis, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
  • Solid understanding of TDD, unit testing, and automation
  • Knowledge of messaging systems like NATS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience with Git and writing effective Godoc comments
