The mission of BA, which stands for business analyst, is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. BAs work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that software projects align with business objectives. They also work with developers to translate requirements into functional specifications and to manage and track requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
