Commercial Specialist

At Zarrino, we’re looking for a proactive, results-oriented, and skilled team member to join our Commercial team. The ideal candidate will support us in data analysis and follow-ups related to finalizing contracts with suppliers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Draft, review, and follow up on commercial contracts
• Manage financial discrepancies with suppliers (e.g., corrective invoices, trade system registration, etc.)
• Collaborate with various internal teams to improve commercial workflows
• Generate and deliver regular performance and control reports to management
• Register purchase orders in the system and follow through until delivery to the central warehouse

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial affairs, preferably in retail companies
• Familiarity with procurement and supply chain procedures
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and timely decision-making ability
• Good knowledge of suppliers and product categories
• Experience in drafting and following up on commercial contracts

*Experience with SAP is a plus
