To be successful as a business development, you should have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. You should also have a solid knowledge of our products and services, as well as the industry trends and competitors. You should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members and departments.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking events.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and close sales deals.
- Follow up with customers after sales, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services, as well as our sales and marketing strategies.
- Attending sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
