شرح شغل:

• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش موثر.
• مدیریت و گسترش روابط مشتریان فعلی و جدید.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات بازار به منظور شناسایی فرصت‌های فروش.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های فروش به مدیریت.
• مشارکت در توسعه مواد بازاریابی و تبلیغاتی.
• مذاکره و بستن قراردادهای فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری مرتبط در فروش یا بازاریابی.
• مهارت‌های قوی در ارتباطات و مذاکره.
• تجربه در بازاریابی ایمیلی و ابزارهای مرتبط.
• توانایی حل مسئله و استدلال عددی قوی.
• مهارت‌های مدیریت زمان عالی.
• آشنایی با اصول اخلاق کسب‌وکار.

Boof is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Tehran. The ideal candidate will use their engineering background in Chemical or Polymer to effectively communicate and drive sales initiatives. This role focuses on PR & Communication and aims to develop strong relationships and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Negotiate agreements and close sales
- Implement email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Address and resolve client issues and concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical or Polymer
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Ability to conduct numerical analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- High ethical standards in business practices
