سرپرست انبار | Warehouse Supervisor

*حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار مفید به عنوان انباردار در شرکت های تولیدی
*تحصیلات کارشناسی صنایع یا مدیریت حسابداری
* توانایی نظارت بر انجام عملیات انبارداری، ورود و خروج کالا از انبار
*آشنایی کامل با کامپیوتر و نرم افزار Office
* تسلط بر سیستم های نرم افزاری انبار و ERP (راهکاران)
*تسلط بر انبارگردانی (فیزیکی)
*توانایی ایجاد دستور العمل بازرسی، بازبینی و بازنگری موجودی‌های کالا در انبار

*داشتن روحیه ی کار در انبار (امانت داری، صبر و حوصله زیاد، دقت، نظم و توانایی کار در شرایط بحرانی و فشار کاری بالا)
*مسلط در حوزه انبارش و نگهداری و شناسایی و ردیابی کالا
*مسلط به روش‌های حمل و نقل به انبار و بارگیری کالا
*مسلط به کدگذاری، چیدمان، طراحی لی اوت، تشخیص کالا و طبقه‌بندی آنها
*مسلط به روش کنترل موجودی
*ثبت و پر کردن کلیه فرم های مربوطه و رسید های انبار و حواله ها
*کنترل موجودی ها و نقطه سفارشات
*مسئولیت کامل نگهداری و ورود و خروج کالا ها و مواد اولیه و ...
*تسلط بر اصول مدیریت موجودی، کنترل ورودی و خروجی کالا
* توانایی طراحی و پیاده‌سازی چیدمان بهینه انبار بر اساس نوع کالا و گردش موجودی
* آشنایی با سیستم مدیرت انبار WMS
* توانایی تهیه گزارش‌های دقیق از موجودی، گردش کالا و سفارشات
* آشنایی با اصول ایمنی و بهداشت محیط کار در انبارهای صنعتی
* مهارت در کنترل و کاهش ضایعات و خطاهای انبارداری
* آشنایی با استانداردهای ملی و بین‌المللی در حوزه انبارداری و نگهداری کالا
* توانایی تحلیل داده‌های انبار و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود عملکرد
* توانایی مدیریت بحران و کنترل شرایط اضطراری در انبار
* مهارت در مستندسازی فرآیندهای انبار و تدوین دستورالعمل‌های اجرایی
* روحیه مسئولیت‌پذیری، نظم و تعهد کاری بالا

*Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience as a Warehouse Keeper in manufacturing companies
*Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Accounting
*Proven ability to oversee and manage warehouse operations, including the receipt and dispatch of goods
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
*Experienced in working with warehouse management systems and ERP platforms (Rahkaran)
*Skilled in conducting physical inventory counts and reconciliation
*Capable of developing inspection, review, and inventory audit procedures
*Demonstrates strong warehouse work ethics: integrity, patience, accuracy, organization, and ability to work under pressure
*Proficient in storage, handling, identification, and tracking of materials
*Knowledgeable in transportation methods, goods receiving, loading and unloading operations
*Skilled in item coding, classification, layout design, and warehouse organization
*Strong command of inventory control methods
*Experienced in completing all warehouse documentation, including receipts and issue forms
*Competent in inventory monitoring and determining reorder points
*Fully responsible for storage, receiving, issuing, and handling of goods and raw materials
*Solid understanding of inventory management principles and controlling inbound/outbound flows
*Ability to design and implement optimized warehouse layouts based on product type and stock turnover
*Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
*Skilled in preparing accurate inventory, stock movement, and order reports
*Knowledge of safety and occupational health standards in industrial warehouse environments
*Experienced in reducing waste, minimizing operational errors, and improving warehouse efficiency
*Familiar with national and international warehouse and storage standards
*Ability to analyze warehouse data and propose performance improvement solutions
*Strong crisis management and ability to handle emergency warehouse situations
*Skilled in process documentation and developing operational procedures
*High level of responsibility, discipline, and professional commitment
