پشتیبان فروش (خانم)

محل کار: دفتر مرکزی – سعادت‌آباد
ساعت کار: شنبه تا چهارشنبه 8 تا 17 | پنجشنبه تعطیل

شرح وظایف:

پاسخگویی تلفنی به مشتریان و انتقال تماس‌ها
ثبت، پیگیری و آپدیت سفارش‌ها در سیستم
صدور پیش‌فاکتور، فاکتور و ارسال اسناد فروش
هماهنگی ارسال کالا با واحد کارخانه و انبار
بایگانی اسناد فروش و تکمیل پرونده‌های مشتریان
پیگیری وضعیت پرداخت‌ها و وصول مطالبات
انجام مکاتبات اداری و پشتیبانی از تیم فروش
همکاری در تهیه گزارشات فروش و CRM


شرایط احراز:

خانم | 20 تا 35 سال
حداقل فوق‌دیپلم (ترجیحاً رشته‌های مدیریت / بازرگانی / IT)
حداقل 2 سال سابقه مرتبط پشتیبانی فروش
مسلط به Word و Excel
فن بیان خوب، روابط عمومی مناسب، رفتار حرفه‌ای
منظم، دقیق، پیگیر و مسئولیت‌پذیر
توانایی کار در محیط جدی و تمرکز بالا
ترجیحاً ساکن غرب و شمالغرب تهران

A reputable manufacturing-industrial complex is hiring an accurate, responsible and regular sales support to complete the sales team. Sales support (female) Workplace: Head Office - Saadat Abad Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am to 5 pm | Thursday closed

Description of duties:

Answering telephone calls to customers and forwarding calls
Registering, tracking and updating orders in the system
Issuing pre-invoices, invoices and sending sales documents
Coordinating the shipment of goods with the factory and warehouse
Filing sales documents and completing customer files
Tracking the status of payments and collecting claims
Executing administrative correspondence and supporting the sales team
Cooperation in preparing sales reports and CRM


Eligibility requirements:

Ms. | 20 to 35 years
at least post-graduate degree (preferably in management/business/IT fields)
at least 2 years related experience in sales support
proficient in Word and Excel
good expression skills, proper public relations, professional behavior
orderly, accurate, persistent and responsible
ability to work in a serious environment and high concentration
preferably living in the west and northwest of Tehran
