سرپرست حسابداری مالی | Financial Accounting Supervisor

مسئولیت‌ها:

• نظارت و مدیریت تیمی از متخصصان حسابداری، ارائه راهنمایی، پشتیبانی و بازخورد.
• نظارت و اطمینان از صحت و به موقع بودن گزارش‌های مالی، از جمله صورت‌های مالی ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه.
• بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های مالی، شناسایی روندها، واریانس‌ها و زمینه‌های بهبود.
• توسعه و اجرای رویه‌های مالی برای حفظ یکپارچگی سوابق مالی و اطمینان از انطباق با مقررات حسابداری.
• هماهنگی و کمک در تهیه بودجه، پیش بینی‌ها و برنامه‌های مالی.
• نظارت و تطبیق حساب‌های دفتر کل، حصول اطمینان از ثبت دقیق کلیه معاملات و مطابق با اصول حسابداری.
• همکاری با حسابرسان داخلی و خارجی در طول حسابرسی‌های مالی، ارائه مستندات لازم و رسیدگی به یافته‌های حسابرسی.
• کمک به تهیه و تجزیه و تحلیل گزارش‌های مالی برای مدیریت و ذی‌نفعان.
• با تغییرات در مقررات حسابداری به روز باشید و از مطابقت با استانداردهای جدید حسابداری اطمینان حاصل کنید.
• ارزیابی عملکرد منظم و فراهم کردن فرصت‌های آموزشی و توسعه‌ای برای تیم حسابداری.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه کار در سمت سرپرستی.
• دانش عمیق در حوزه اصول حسابداری، گزارشگری مالی و تحلیل مالی.
• مهارت‌های رهبری و مدیریت قوی برای نظارت موثر و ایجاد انگیزه در تیم.
• توجه به جزئیات و توانایی تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پیچیده مالی.
• تسلط به نرم افزارهای حسابداری و مایکروسافت اکسل.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و بین فردی قوی برای همکاری موثر با اعضای تیم و ذی‌نفعان.
• مهارت‌های حل مسئله برای شناسایی و رسیدگی به مسائل و مغایرت‌های مالی.
• امکان اولویت‌بندی و مدیریت چندین کار در محیطی پویا.
• مهارت‌های سازمانی قوی و توانایی برای رعایت الزامات.
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی و الزامات رعایت آن.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of accounting professionals, provide guidance, support and feedback
Oversee and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements< br>Review and analyze financial data, identify trends, variances and areas for improvement
Develop and implement financial procedures to maintain the integrity of financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations
Coordinate and assist in the preparation Budgets, forecasts and financial plans
Monitoring and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate recording of all transactions and in accordance with accounting principles
Cooperation with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and handling audit findings
Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports for management and stakeholders
Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with new accounting standards
Regular performance evaluation and providing educational opportunities and A development for the accounting team

Competencies:

At least three years of work experience in a supervisory position
In-depth knowledge in the field of accounting principles, financial reporting and financial analysis
Leadership skills and Strong management to effectively supervise and motivate team
Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with Team members and Stakeholders
Problem solving skills to identify and address financial issues and discrepancies
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet requirements
Familiar with tax laws and its compliance requirements
