Job Description:
Are you a Product Designer with a passion for making a difference and a knack for creating engaging user experiences? Join us and be a part of our mission. As a Product Designer, you will be an essential part of our dynamic team, working on a two-sided platform that connects donors and NPOs. Your role will involve problem-solving, creative thinking, and bringing our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to define product goals and design requirements, with a strong emphasis on creating an exceptional user experience (UX).
- Conduct user research to gain insights into the behaviors and needs of donors, volunteers, and NPOs, and use this research to inform your design decisions.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate design concepts and user journeys, ensuring a user-centric approach.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures a cohesive and delightful user experience.
- Implement gamification and engagement strategies to encourage user participation and philanthropy while maintaining a strong UX.
- Stay updated on industry trends and global best practices to drive innovation in our product designs.
- Mentor and manage junior designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Work with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of your designs.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing, adapting to global market requirements.
- Be a solution provider, taking on complex problems and delivering innovative design solutions with a strong focus on user experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Experience in gamification and engagement strategies is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in English.
Company location: Jordan St
Working days: in person from Saturday to Wednesday from 9 am to 6 pm
