TABDEAL is hiring an ECRM & Marketing Automation Specialist
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented ECRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to help us execute high-impact lifecycle marketing campaigns. You’ll be supporting senior marketing and product teams by building and optimizing automations that drive activation, engagement, retention, and revenue. Tools like WebEngage, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager will be part of your daily toolkit.
This is an execution-focused role — ideal for someone who loves working in automation platforms, understands lifecycle metrics like RFM, Retention Cohorts, and CLTV, and is passionate about constantly learning and improving.
What You'll Do:
• Build and launch marketing automation campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app, on-site) using WebEngage or similar tools.
• Set up and manage user segments based on behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stage.
• Implement customer journeys and workflows.
• Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track user actions and inform campaign targeting
• Analyze cohort behavior, RFM scores, and CLTV to help fine-tune segments and timing.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to gather assets, coordinate timing, and ensure campaigns are aligned with our goals.
• Monitor performance of campaigns and report on key metrics (uplift, click-throughs, conversions, etc.).
• Run A/B tests to improve engagement and delivery over time.
• Help keep our automation tools clean, organized, and up to date.
• Work with survey tools and processes; extract and analyze survey data to support segmentation and messaging strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience with marketing automation tools — ideally WebEngage, or similar platforms like Intrack, Zebline, etc.
• Familiarity with performance marketing concepts (e.g., funnels, retention metrics, conversion).
• Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager in a campaign context.
• Understanding of lifecycle concepts like Retention Cohorts, RFM analysis, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
• Strong attention to detail in setting up workflows and segment rules.
• Comfortable working with data to create segments and optimize campaigns.
• Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with tools, tactics, and user behavior.
• Ability to follow direction, collaborate closely, and execute campaigns quickly and accurately.
