Job Description:
We're seeking a creative, data-driven "Social Media Specialist" to execute impactful strategies across platforms. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and excels at driving engagement, content performance, and alignment with broader marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Execute data-driven social media strategies based on user behavior, trends, and competitor analysis.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other key platforms.
- Lead influencer marketing collaborations and social media campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using relevant tools.
- Produce or oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand content (text, images, video, stories).
- Plan, schedule, post, edit, and optimize contents of all earned, owned and paid social channels.
- Monitor audience interactions, respond to messages and comments, and manage community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, campaign) to align social initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of hands-on experience in a Social Media Marketing role.
- Experience in the LendTech or FinTech industry is a strong plus
- Proficient in key social platforms and video platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Aparat etc.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, features, and best practices
- Skilled in analyzing trends, platform insights, and competitor activity to optimize strategy
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in English language (written and comprehension)
