خلاصه موقعیت شغلی:
مدیر سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها مسئولیت رهبری استراتژیک بهبود فرآیندهای عملیاتی، استانداردسازی روش‌های کاری و پیاده‌سازی چارچوب‌های تعالی سازمانی در سطح هلدینگ و تمامی شرکت‌های زیرمجموعه را بر عهده دارد. این موقعیت نقشی کلیدی در ایجاد هماهنگی بین واحدهای فناوری اطلاعات، عملیات تولید، فروش و بازاریابی، منابع انسانی و سایر بخش‌های سازمان ایفا می‌کند.
شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:
• رهبری، توسعه و مربیگری تیم سیستم‌ها و روش‌ها شامل متخصصان فرآیند تولید، کسب‌وکار و کیفیت
• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی جامع بهبود فرآیندها و تعالی عملیاتی در سطح هلدینگ
• همسویی اهداف بهبود فرآیندها با چشم‌انداز کسب‌وکار و اولویت‌های استراتژیک سازمان
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی چارچوب معماری فرآیندهای سازمانی (Enterprise Process Architecture)
• رهبری ابتکارات تحول فرآیندی با استفاده از متدولوژی‌های Lean Six Sigma، BPM
• مدیریت و توسعه نظام مدیریت کیفیت (QMS)
• مدیریت برنامه‌های ممیزی داخلی و آمادگی برای ممیزی‌های خارجی و نظارتی
• توسعه برنامه های آموزشی جهت جاری سازی فرهنگ بهبود مستمر (Continuous Improvement Culture) در سراسر سازمان
شرایط احراز و صلاحیت‌های مورد نیاز:
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت صنعتی، مدیریت IT، مهندسی نرم افزار/IT یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در زمینه طراحی سیستم‌ها و فرآیندها در شرکت‌های متوسط یا بزرگ.
• حداقل 4-5 سال تجربه مدیریتی در سطح میانی یا ارشد
• تسلط عمیق بر متدولوژی‌های بهبود فرآیند: Lean Manufacturing، Six Sigma، Kaizen، Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
• آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای مدیریتی مانند ISO 9001 ،EFQM .
• تجربه در پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های مدیریت کیفیت و بهبود فرآیند.
• توانایی تحلیل، مستندسازی و بهبود فرآیندها به‌صورت ساختارمند.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم، برنامه‌ریزی پروژه و گزارش‌دهی مدیریتی.
• سابقه موفق در رهبری پروژه‌های تحول فرآیندی گسترده در صنایع دارویی، تولیدی یا هلدینگ‌های چندبخشی (ترجیحاً)
• مهارت‌های قوی مدیریت تغییر و توانایی مدیریت مقاومت در برابر تغییر
• تفکر تحلیلی قوی و تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر داده (Data-Driven Decision Making)
• مهارت در تهیه گزارش‌های مدیریتی و ارائه در سطح مدیریت ارشد

Summary of job position:
The systems and methods manager is responsible for the strategic leadership of improving operational processes, standardizing work methods and implementing organizational excellence frameworks at the holding level and all subsidiary companies. This position plays a key role in establishing coordination between IT units, manufacturing operations, sales and marketing, human resources and other departments of the organization.
Description of key duties and responsibilities:
• Leading, developing and coaching the systems and methods team, including production process, business and quality specialists
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for improving processes and operational excellence at the holding level
• Alignment of process improvement goals with the business perspective and strategic priorities of the organization
• Design and implementation of enterprise process architecture framework (Enterprise Process Architecture)
• Lead process transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, BPM methodologies
Management and development of quality management system (QMS)
• Management of internal audit programs and preparation for external and regulatory audits
• Development of training programs to promote continuous improvement culture throughout the organization
Requirements and required qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, industrial management, IT management, software engineering/IT or related fields.
• At least 10 years of related work experience in the field of designing systems and processes in medium or large companies.
• At least 4-5 years of management experience at middle or senior level
• Deep mastery of process improvement methodologies: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
• Familiarity with management standards such as ISO 9001, EFQM.
• Experience in implementing quality management systems and process improvement.
• Ability to analyze, document and improve processes in a structured way.
• Team management ability, project planning and management reporting.
• Successful experience in leading extensive process transformation projects in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or multi-sector holdings (preferably)
• Strong change management skills and ability to manage resistance to change
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Skill in preparing management reports and presentation at senior management level
