As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant / Finance Controller to join our team. This role is vital to our financial operations and long-term planning, helping us stay organized, compliant, and ready for future growth.

Join Our Team as an Accountant / Finance Controller
Are you a finance professional who thrives in a remote, dynamic environment? Do you have strong accounting knowledge and enjoy working with modern tools to keep financial operations running smoothly? If so, we’d love to work with you.



Experience: 3–5 years
Work Type: Remotely (full-time)
Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Software Proficiency: Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, MS Excel, Google Workspace



Key Competencies:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Zoho Accounting Software Expertise: Proficient in Zoho Books for managing daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Skilled in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • VAT Filing & Tax Compliance: Eager to learn UAE VAT filing and compliance, able to coordinate with local regulations and submit accurate tax returns in collaboration with our external accounting agency in Dubai.
  • Financial Controlling: Experience in budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and reporting to support business decisions and financial planning.
  • HR & Payroll Administration: Hands-on experience with HR support, maintaining employee records, processing Zoho Payroll, managing leaves, and handling onboarding documentation via Zoho People or similar tools.
  • External Agency Coordination: Excellent communication skills to liaise remotely with external accounting firms in Dubai and provide them with accurate data, reconciliations, and reports.
  • Remote Work Readiness: Comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Teams) and maintaining a high level of productivity, accountability, and data confidentiality in a distributed work environment. Collaboration with our headquarter in Dubai.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work setting.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs and tools.
