At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Product team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and interact closely with product stakeholders to obtain requirements, identify and solve problems, and deliver new value.
- Developing product strategy according to the needs of customers and stakeholders
- Identify, define, and analyze product performance indicators, Customer Impact Metrics, and Customer Personas
- Collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team to find and develop the best solutions to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
- Drafting, updating, and ensuring the team moves along the product roadmap
- Product backlog management, iteration planning, user story description, and development, data analysis, and effect analysis
- Researching and searching for the latest market events and identifying new opportunities
Requirements:
- Mastery of software development processes
- Mastery of formulating product strategy and preparing product roadmap
- Mastery of compiling and managing the product backlog
- Mastery of agile methodologies and related tools (Jira, Confluence, ...)
- Experienced in designing and implementing operational processes
- T-SQL knowledge is a plus
- Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Ability to work collaboratively, strong public relations, and experience in stakeholder management
- Preferably familiar with product design concepts
- Preferably familiar with customer data analysis tools (Google Analytics, ...)
