Technical Product Owner (DevOps and Test)

Were building scalable, reliable, secure and efficient systems. Were looking for a technical product owner to lead a system team including DevOps and QA engineers. Youll collaborate closely with development teams to streamline processes, improve automation, and ensure high availability of our  products. Your leadership will be crucial in driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Agile Release Train (ART).

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Lead the QA members of the team in fostering QA practices across the ART.
- Managing conflicting priorities across teams.
- Oversee the automation and integration of monitoring and logging solutions.
- Cultivate a culture of automation, reliability, CI/CD, and platform engineering across all operations.
- Act as a Product Owner, ensuring DevOps initiatives align with business goals and deliver value.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering growth and a high-performance culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance productivity.

Required Skills:
- Strong Business Understanding with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Product Management Skills (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience leading teams and driving DevOps best practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Familiarity with observability practices.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps.
- Familiarity with QA concepts and practices.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and align technical work with business priorities. 
- Previous experience leading and mentoring teams in a technical context.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of software architecture and infrastructure strategies.
- Understanding of security best practices for Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
- Experience with Platform Engineering practices and strategies, with a focus on enabling developer productivity.

Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in DevOps or management.
