Youll collaborate closely with development teams to streamline processes, improve automation, and ensure high availability of our products. Your leadership will be crucial in driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the Agile Release Train (ART).
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of DevOps engineers in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Lead the QA members of the team in fostering QA practices across the ART.
- Managing conflicting priorities across teams.
- Oversee the automation and integration of monitoring and logging solutions.
- Cultivate a culture of automation, reliability, CI/CD, and platform engineering across all operations.
- Act as a Product Owner, ensuring DevOps initiatives align with business goals and deliver value.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering growth and a high-performance culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
Required Skills:
- Strong Business Understanding with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Product Management Skills (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience leading teams and driving DevOps best practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Familiarity with observability practices.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps.
- Familiarity with QA concepts and practices.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and align technical work with business priorities.
- Previous experience leading and mentoring teams in a technical context.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of software architecture and infrastructure strategies.
- Understanding of security best practices for Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
- Experience with Platform Engineering practices and strategies, with a focus on enabling developer productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in DevOps or management.
