Job Description:
- Provide technical and administrative support for customer requests.
- Take operational ownership and control of ITSM processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Monitor service KPIs (both process and system-side) and ensure targets are met.
- Actively engage with teams to enhance communication and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with back-office specialist departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide 24/7 technical support for field staff and lead critical meetings with customers.
- Apply a methodical approach in documenting and designing work processes.
- Responsible for documenting processes, workflows, and system sequence diagrams, and for maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Exhibit assertiveness, analytical thinking, and a conceptual approach in sensitive and complex scenarios.
- Facilitate onboarding by granting initial system access and conducting ITSM tool training for new recruits.
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in IT, Telecommunication Engineering, or related fields.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Other Requirements:
- Strong team player with the ability to remain resilient during disruptions.
- Self-motivated learner with the capability to transfer knowledge to new team members.
- Interest in systematic analysis of technical systems and processes.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Solid understanding of basic computer networking concepts.
