معرفی موقعیت شغلی:
ما به دنبال فردی خلاق، منظم و پرتلاش برای پوزیشن کارشناس تولید محتوا و شبکه‌های اجتماعی هستیم که توانایی راهبری ایده تا اجرا روی پلتفرم‌های اینستاگرام و یوتیوب را داشته باشد و بتواند گزارش، تحلیل و رشد برند را به صورت حرفه‌ای دنبال کند. اگر از محتواسازی، تحلیل و تعامل با مخاطب لذت می‌بری و مهارتت فقط مدیریت پیج نیست، این موقعیت کاملاً مناسب توست.

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
• تولید منظم انواع محتوا (ویدیویی، تصویری، متنی) برای اینستاگرام و یوتیوب بر اساس برنامه محتوا و تقویم انتشار
• سناریونویسی حرفه‌ای، نوشتن هوک جذاب، کال تو اکشن‌های موثر و تکنیک‌های افزایش تعامل
• آشنایی کامل با الگوریتم‌های اینستاگرام و یوتیوب، و بهینه‌سازی محتوا برای رشد بازدید و اینگیجمنت
• همکاری با تیم تولید محتوا برای ایده‌پردازی و خلق کمپین‌های تعامل‌محور
• استراتژی برای رشد ارگانیک و افزایش تعامل مخاطبان اینستاگرام و یوتیوب
• پیگیری کامل پروسه محتواسازی از ایده تا انتشار و بعد تحلیل عملکرد و گزارشگیری
• ارائه گزارش شفاف و تحلیلی به صورت هفتگی درباره تولیدات، بازخوردها و برنامه بهبود
• به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی برای تولید و ویرایش محتوا

شرایط احراز:
• حداقل 2 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در شبکه‌های اجتماعی (ترجیحاً اینستاگرام و یوتیوب)
• امکان حضور منعطف در محل کار
• مهارت کار تیمی و روحیه همکاری

Description of duties and responsibilities:
• Regular production of all types of content (video, image, text) for Instagram and YouTube based on the content plan and publication calendar
• Professional scenario writing, writing attractive hooks, effective calls to actions and techniques to increase engagement
• Complete familiarity with Instagram and YouTube algorithms, and content optimization for growth Visiting and engagement
• Cooperation with the content production team for ideation and creation of interaction-oriented campaigns
• Strategy for organic growth and increasing the interaction of Instagram and YouTube audiences
• Complete follow-up of the content creation process from idea to publication and then performance analysis and reporting
• Providing a clear and analytical report on a weekly basis about productions, feedback and improvement plans
• Applying artificial intelligence to produce and edit content
