Responsibilities:
- Designing customer orders (advertising designs such as business cards, tracts, brochures, etc.)
- Communicating proficiently with customers and answering their questions in English through phone calls or tickets.
- Checking the files sent by customers and sending the design approval to the customers in English.
- Guiding customers in using website services.
Required Technical Skills:
- Familiar with design and design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Helping and guiding customers in the field of design and printing through phone, email and chat.
- Proficient in customer negotiation tactics.
Required Personal Skills and Traits:
- Proficiency in English (at the level of a native)
- Ability to prepare and present related reports
- Familiar with the principles of customer orientation and communication
- Committed to punctuality and responsible
- Eager to learn new technologies
- Ability to work in the afternoon shift (from 5:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. on-site or remotely)
- Ability to work from Monday to Friday (holidays include Saturday and Sunday)
