responsibilities:
1. Assessing the needs and training courses of employees and making necessary changes if needed.
2. Determining the educational budget and determining the appropriate training courses.
3. Determining educational content, educational method, time, place, course instructors and different training centers and coordination with them.
4. Correct and timely holding of training courses and their supervision.
5. Preparing the annual educational calendar.
6. Necessary coordination with different units of the company based on the educational calendar and compiled programs.
Direct manager: Education manager.
Duration of trial contract: 1 month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 to 17:00-Thursday 8:30 to 13:00.
Need for business travel: once a month.
