Own an end-to-end AI product venture from idea to spin-off as a NewCo (a
newly formed independent company). Lead opportunity selection, product
discovery, MVP delivery, early go-to-market, traction, and NewCo readiness
(team, operations, governance, and investor materials).
What Success Looks Like:
- A validated venture thesis and a clearly defined problem worth solving
- A shipped MVP used by real customers, with measurable traction
- Early repeatable GTM signals (pilots, paid conversions, pipeline)
- Evidence of PMF progress (retention/value realization, unit economics
- signals)
- A NewCo-ready package: team plan, roadmap, operating model, data
- room, and investor narrative
Key Responsibilities - Idea to Discovery:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI venture opportunities using clear
- criteria (market size, pain intensity, differentiation, feasibility, and time-
- to-traction).
- Run customer discovery (interviews, surveys, field research) and
- synthesize insights into ICP, personas, and user journeys.
- Define the venture thesis: value proposition, competitive positioning,
- business model hypotheses, and measurable success metrics.
- Build an experimentation plan (assumptions, tests, go/kill criteria) and
- drive rapid learning cycles.
Key Responsibilities -Discovery to MVP to Early Traction:
- Translate business needs into product requirements and align
- engineering/data/ML on scope, timelines, and quality bars.
- Lead MVP development using iterative Build-Measure-Learn loops;
- manage backlog prioritization based on impact on KPIs.
- Define and execute the initial go-to-market: messaging, channels, pricing
- hypotheses, and sales/pilot motion.
- Recruit and manage design partners; secure pilots and convert learnings into product improvements.
Key Responsibilities -Traction to PMF Signals to NewCo:
- Strengthen the commercial model: pricing, packaging, unit economics
- assumptions, and scaling levers.
- Design the NewCo operating model: org structure, roles, OKRs, budget, and 12-18 month execution plan.
- Prepare spin-off readiness: governance, studio/NewCo interfaces, core processes, and reporting cadence.
- Build investor readiness: narrative, metrics, risk register, and data room materials.
Key Responsibilities -Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the mini-CEO of the business line - high ownership, high accountability.
- Align internal stakeholders (studio leadership, platform teams,legal/finance) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, investors).
- Create a high-velocity, outcome-driven team culture with responsible AI principles.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product/business/venture roles (e.g., Product Lead, Growth Lead, GM, Venture Builder, Founder/Co-founder, Strategy & Ops).
- Demonstrated experience taking a product from 0->1 and into early commercialization.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data/ML,design, and commercial teams.
- Experience with B2B customer development, pilots, and commercial negotiations is a strong plus.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with strong execution discipline.
