As a System Administrator at Azki, you will ensure the provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of our Microsoft Windows and Linux infrastructures. With a major focus on Microsoft Exchange Server, you will drive the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems while contributing to continuous improvement and technical R&D efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and operational requirements.
- Perform advanced administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Microsoft Exchange Server (deployment, maintenance, performance tuning, and issue resolution).
- Manage core Microsoft infrastructure services: Active Directory, Group Policy, Certificate Services, DHCP, DNS, Remote Access, Failover Clustering, IIS, and WSUS.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts for system maintenance tasks.
- Monitor system performance and availability; review logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs (e.g., backups).
- Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian): configurations, patching, security hardening, and service management.
- Apply operating system updates and patches regularly; configure and deploy new services as needed.
- Design and support high-availability systems, clusters, and backup/disaster-recovery procedures; perform data recovery when necessary.
- Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation for critical systems support (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a System Administrator or in a similar technical role.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (installation, upgrade, diagnostic, and troubleshooting).
- Proficiency with Windows Server ecosystem (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.).
- Proven track record administering and troubleshooting Linux servers in production environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Solid understanding of storage systems (LUNs, iSCSI, NFS, etc.).
- Experience designing and supporting high-availability systems and clustering solutions.
