In this role, you will;
Collaborate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviews, and selection.
Lead onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Coordinate training needs alongside the OD Manager and assist in organizing relevant programs.
Monitor and support the implementation of employee development plans.
Assist in educating employees and managers about workplace guidelines, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Support all required reporting within department.
Collaborate with teams to promote health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives at the workplace.
Coordinate activities to support effective work-life balance and employee satisfaction
Requirement:
Education: Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field Experience: 3–4 years in HR roles (recruitment, learning & Development)
Skills: well knowledge of HR systems, communication, confidentiality
Responsibilities: Recruitment, employee relations, training, performance reviews.
Preferred: Adaptability, team player, and strategic thinking.
