Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop the Vendor Support team members.
- Set performance objectives and continuously monitor KPIs.
- Manage task allocation, review performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze operational trends and propose solutions to reduce risk, enhance efficiency, and improve quality.
- Design and optimize processes related to vendor support.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, IT, and other teams to ensure workflow alignment.
- Manage critical cases and resolve disputes with vendors when needed.
- Manage risks and conduct periodic vendor evaluations.
- Handle complex issues escalated beyond the specialist level.
- Provide fast and effective solutions during critical situations or SLA breaches.
Requirements:
- Skilled in evaluating and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in vendor acquisition and management.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Project) for tracking project progress and managing tasks.
- Ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
