Role overview
You are the episodic engine: planning, publishing and optimizing native episodic content on Instagram and LinkedIn to maximize engagement and feed story development. You convert story beats into hooks, interactive posts and community-driven moments.
Key responsibilities
· Plan and publish episodic content (Reels, Carousels, LinkedIn Articles) aligned to mini-series.
· Design engagement loops: hooks, UGC prompts, interactivity stickers, and CTA flows.
· Optimize formats and thumbnails for platform algorithms and A/B test hooks/captions.
· Monitor community feedback and sentiment; feed insights into the Storytelling Manager for iteration.
· Activate paid boosts and collaborate with Traffic Manager on distribution cadence.
· Maintain native publishing calendar and basic platform analytics.
Must-have qualifications
· 3–5 years managing Instagram + LinkedIn for a brand, preferably with episodic content experience.
· Deep practical knowledge of Reels, Stories, Carousels, native LinkedIn publishing and platform best practices.
· Strong copywriting and short-form scripting skills.
· Experience running small-to-medium paid social boosts and measuring performance.
· Comfort with social listening tools and basic sentiment reporting.
Nice-to-have
· Experience working with medical/health comms or regulated product copy.
· Familiarity with simple thumbnail A/B testing and using AI for caption drafts.
