Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Draft, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinate business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior management, staff, and external partners
Track tasks assigned by the CEO and provide regular status updates
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Support day-to-day administrative and executive office operations
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar executive support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus
