Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Growth team to define KPIs, monitor progress, and prioritize initiatives for maximum business impact.
- Drive creativity and innovation across all aspects of digital marketing, exploring new ideas, channels, and approaches to enhance brand growth and user engagement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven ability to lead teams and marketing functions.
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, Paid Performance, Retention strategies, and CRO best practices.
- Proven experience in analyzing performance metrics, reporting insights, and using data to solve complex marketing challenges.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while driving strategic and creative initiatives.
