Position: Senior UI/UX Designer at Silk Road Smart
SRS is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team.
Required Skills:
SRS is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team.
Required Skills:
- Mastery of Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, Design Systems)
- Strong knowledge of interaction design principles, color psychology, and typography
- Familiarity with usability testing and UX research tools
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects
- Proficiency in After Effects and Lottie for motion graphics
- Ability to design animated icons in Figma or Rive
- Understanding of motion design principles (Timing, Easing, Hierarchy)
- Experience in creating interactive motion prototypes(ProtoPie/Figma)
Preferred Skills (Advantages):

Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces (UI) using Figma
- Create and maintain a Design System with reusable components
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and marketing teams to deliver optimal user experiences (UX)
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuously improve designs based on feedback
- Deliver innovative and user-centered design solutions
- Design motion icons and micro-interactionsto enhance user engagement
- Develop UI animations and smooth page transitions
- Create animated icons and digital illustrations
- Build a motion design library aligned with the design system

- Residency in East Azerbaijan
