The Biker Equipment Supervisor ensures that Snapp Food’s delivery bikers are equipped with reliable, safe, and high-quality tools to perform their duties efficiently. This role is responsible for supervising the procurement, distribution, maintenance, and monitoring of biker equipment to enhance operational excellence, service quality, and customer satisfaction.Roles & Responsibilities:Procurement & Ordering: Supervise the purchasing process for essential biker equipment, including delivery boxes, branded apparel, smartphones, and related accessories, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.Warehousing & Distribution: Manage storage facilities and coordinate efficient stock control, ensuring timely distribution of equipment to bikers.Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct periodic checks on equipment usage and condition, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor equipment usage, collect feedback from bikers, and prepare performance reports highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, training, and operations teams to ensure equipment integration into biker onboarding and daily operations.Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement strategies to optimize costs, improve equipment quality, and enhance biker satisfaction.Team Supervision: Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members to ensure smooth daily operations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in equipment management, supply chain, logistics, or procurement.Proven track record in supervising operations related to warehousing, inventory, or distribution.Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and logistics processes.Proficiency in inventory management systems and reporting tools.Analytical ability to evaluate equipment performance and optimize usage.Familiarity with cost optimization techniques and vendor management.MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data-driven decision-making.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within deadlines.Customer-oriented approach, ensuring equipment supports a seamless delivery experienceBenefits:Credit for: Vacations, Gym, TherapyhSocial Security & Complementary InsuranceEducational platform of advanced coursesSnappfood’s Discount codesLoans
