شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، هدایت و مدیریت کارشناسان ارشد و کارشناسان فنی در کلیه امور فنی و اجرایی موسسه با تمرکز بر فرآیندهای مرتبط با حسابداری، مالی و مالیات.
• توسعه و بهبود فرآیندهای فنی و عملیاتی در راستای افزایش کارایی و کیفیت خدمات حسابداری، مالی و مالیاتی با راهبری تیم کارشناسی.
• مدیریت و راهبری تیم فنی شامل کارشناسان ارشد و کارشناسان، تخصیص وظایف، تعیین اهداف و ارزیابی عملکرد آن‌ها با توجه به نیازهای تخصصی حوزه مالی.
• اطمینان از رعایت استانداردها و مقررات فنی و حرفه‌ای در ارائه خدمات مالی و مالیاتی توسط کلیه اعضای تیم فنی.
• برقراری ارتباط موثر با سایر بخش‌های موسسه جهت هماهنگی و پیشبرد اهداف سازمانی، به ویژه در ارتباط با تیم‌های حسابداری و مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های لازم.
• شناسایی و ارزیابی نیازهای فنی موسسه در حوزه نرم‌افزارها و ابزارهای مالی و مالیاتی و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب با همکاری تیم کارشناسی.
• پیگیری و رفع مشکلات فنی احتمالی در ارائه خدمات حسابداری، مالی و مالیاتی به مشتریان با هدایت و نظارت تیم فنی.
• همکاری در انتخاب و ارزیابی پیمانکاران و تامین‌کنندگان تجهیزات و خدمات فنی مرتبط با حوزه مالی با مشارکت کارشناسان ارشد.
• تهیه گزارش‌های فنی دوره‌ای و ارائه به مدیریت ارشد با تاکید بر جنبه‌های مالی و مالیاتی و ارزیابی عملکرد تیم فنی.
• به‌روزرسانی دانش فنی تیم شامل کارشناسان ارشد و کارشناسان در حوزه سیستم‌ها و نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری، مالی و مالیاتی و نظارت بر آموزش‌های تخصصی آن‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های حسابداری، مدیریت مالی، اقتصاد و یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط با حوزه مالی و مالیاتی.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار مرتبط در زمینه مدیریت فنی و یا نقش‌های مشابه با تجربه مستقیم در پروژه‌های مرتبط با سیستم‌های مالی و مالیاتی و مدیریت تیم‌های فنی.
• آشنایی کامل با اصول و فنون مدیریت پروژه و فرآیندهای عملیاتی، به ویژه در پیاده‌سازی و پشتیبانی سیستم‌های مالی و مدیریت منابع انسانی فنی.
• تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارها و ابزارهای مرتبط با حوزه فعالیت موسسه، به خصوص نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری، مالی و مالیاتی و توانایی آموزش و راهبری آن‌ها به تیم.
• مهارت‌های رهبری، برنامه‌ریزی، سازماندهی، تفویض اختیار و حل مسئله قوی با تمرکز بر چالش‌های فنی در حوزه مالی و مدیریت تیم.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و تعامل سازنده با تیم و سایر ذینفعان، به ویژه کارشناسان حسابداری و مالی و ایجاد انگیزه و هماهنگی در تیم فنی.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود فرآیندهای مالی و مالیاتی از منظر فنی و ارزیابی عملکرد تیم بر اساس شاخص‌های کلیدی.
• داشتن تفکر سیستمی و دیدگاه استراتژیک در بهینه‌سازی زیرساخت‌های فنی مرتبط با خدمات مالی و توسعه توانمندی‌های تیم فنی.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات حسابداری و مالیاتی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• داشتن مدارک و گواهینامه‌های حرفه‌ای مرتبط مانند حسابدار رسمی، مشاور رسمی مالیاتی و یا سایر گواهینامه‌های معتبر در حوزه مالی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Thorough familiarity with the principles and techniques of project management and operational processes, especially in the implementation and support of financial systems and technical human resource management.
