- نظارت بر عملکرد مالی و اطمینان از دستیابی به اهداف مالی
- ارزیابی و بهینه‌سازی زنجیره ارزش تولید
- حل مسائل پیچیده و ارائه راه حل‌های نوآورانه
- تسهیل تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر تحلیل داده

شایستگی ها:
- دارای مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مالی، مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع
- دارای تجربه در صنعت تولید محصولات آرایشی بهداشتی
- مهارت در تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های تجاری
- تفکر سیستمی و مهارت تفکر انتقادی
- توانایی درک فرآیندهای تولید و بهبود کیفیت
- مهارت در تحلیل داده و تصمیم‌گیری بر اساس اعداد
- توانایی مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی زنجیره تامین
