سرپرست فروش مویرگی | Capillary Sales Supervisor

شرح شغل:

• بودجه‌بندی فروش، مسیربندی و آموزش تیم فروش جهت نیل به اهداف فروش.
• نظارت بر پیشرفت و ایجاد ارتباط مؤثر به تیم فروش و ارائه گزارش به مدیر مربوطه.
• همکاری با مدیر فروش جهت رسیدن کمپانی به اهداف فروش.
• جمع‌آوری اطلاعات بازار و ارائه گزارش به مدیر فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• سابقه کار در زمینه فروش مویرگی و آشنا با چالش‌های آن.
• متعهد و منظم (نظم اهمیت زیادی در این شغل دارد).
• برونگرا و دارای روابط عمومی بالا.
• آشنایی با مناطق 22 گانه تهران.
• سابقه فعالیت در صنعت کالاهای خوراکی و پرگردش الزامی است.
• داشتن تیم تخصصی از ویزیتورهای صنعت مواد غذایی مزیت است.
• توانایی راهبری تیم فروش مویرگی جهت وصول مطالبات.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه سرپرستی در ویزیت مویرگی.
