Direct and control a team of accountancy staff providing full accounting services for a large operating center.
Direct and control accountancy staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including statements of operations, balance sheets, and other supporting statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Act as the significant interface with auditors in preparation of annual audits.
Maintain and improve a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively documented and managed.
Prepare the year-end accounting and taxation reports to ensure that the company complies with legal and business requirements.
Maintain a high standard of professional commitment to quality of service and image to ensure the group philosophy in this regard is upheld at all times.
Provide feedback and professional advice and guidance to subordinates to facilitate their overall development and enhance their contribution.
Reporting to: Finance Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related fields.
At least 6 years of experience in the same position (at least 3 years of supervisory experience).
Familiar with accounting software.
Detailed knowledge of relevant Iranian legislative/regulatory accounting protocols and guidelines.
Expert and professional knowledge of core standard accounting protocols and procedures.
Accuracy.
Sound knowledge of Iranian tax, insurance, SSO, and banking systems.
Advanced analysis skills.
Supervisory skills.
Good team worker.
Well-developed computer skills.
Good planning and organizing skills.
Intermediate English skills.
Minimum age: 35 years old.
