We are hiring an International Communications Specialist to be the main point of contact between our company and international clients, partners, and collaborators. This role demands excellent English communication skills with a native accent, as well as strong research and follow-up abilities. You should be comfortable representing the company across borders, tailoring communication to different cultures, and independently gathering information when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and confidently with international clients and partners via email, meetings, and written content
- Respond to inquiries in a timely, clear, and audience-appropriate manner
- Conduct independent research on international markets, customer behavior, and business contexts
- Track down necessary information proactively and follow up until tasks are completed
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Contribute to international content development, research, and localization efforts to ensure brand consistency across languages and region
Qualifications and Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in English
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Strong research and analytical skills, with proven ability to find and validate information
- Persistent and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and task-completion habits
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Flexibility to work across time zones, including occasional availability on weekends or holidays
- Cultural awareness and ability to understand differentiation of tone and messaging across diverse audiences (considered as a valuable plus)
- Previous experience working with IT-focused organizations is considered a significant advantage
