About the Role:
We seek a highly analytical and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our Loyalty Club team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, uncovering insights, and providing actionable recommendations to & data-driven initiatives to enhance Drivers’ Loyalty Club performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to drive business decisions and improve operational Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights and drive business decisions improving operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining rigorous validation and quality control procedures.
• Support the Loyalty Club team with on-demand analysis and strategic projects.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a related industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., SuperSet, Power BI or similar).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Understanding ML concepts and lifecycle including: awareness of data preparation, model training, evaluation metrics and model deployment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
