Responsibilities:
- Implement Designed Processes by the business process team on Jira and other existing systems and
- platformsSupport issues happened on Jira & follow up until they are resolved
- Follow up daily requests from other teams to guide or fix the problems
- Training other stakeholders on implemented processes and apply related troubleshooting accordingly
- Identify and articulate technology capabilities, challenges and trade-offs to business units
Requirements:
- Familiarity whit business processes, operations, models and structure
- Enough working English knowledge for understand English sources
- Ability to use necessary software (Excel, word, etc)
- Ability to use data and take decision based on it
- The ability to understand BPMN modeling
- Familiar with basic knowledge of programming (specially Java/Groovy programming)
- The ability to use BI Tools is a plus
- Having Experience of work with Jira is an advantage.
- Work experience in E-commerce organization is an advantage
