مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های مالی در راستای اهداف سازمان.
• تهیه و نظارaت بر بودجه سالانه و پیش‌بینی‌های مالی.
• مدیریت جریان نقدی و کنترل هزینه‌ها.
• تهیه و ارائه صورت‌های مالی مطابق با استانداردهای حسابداری.
• نظارت بر امور مالیاتی، بیمه‌ای و تعامل با نهادهای قانونی و حسابرسان.
• بررسی و تحلیل عملکرد مالی شرکت و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیریت ارشد.
• مدیریت و توسعه تیم مالی، آموزش و ارزیابی عملکرد اعضا.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا مرتبط.
• حداقل 12 سال سابقه کار مالی و حداقل 7 سال تجربه مدیریتی.
• تسلط کامل به اصول حسابداری، تحلیل مالی، گزارشگری و قوانین مالیاتی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مالی و مدیریتی.
• توانایی تفکر راهبردی، تصمیم‌گیری مالی و مدیریت ریسک.
• مهارت ارتباطی و ارائه قوی برای تعامل با مدیران ارشد و نهادهای خارجی.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financing and Implementation of Financial Strategies in line with the goals of the organization

Preparation and monitoring of annual budget and forecasts

Cash stream management and cost control

Preparation and provision of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards

Monitoring and Corporate Insurance. Analytics to senior management

Financial team management and development, Members training and performance evaluation

Conditions:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Related
At least 5 years of financial work experience, at least 7 years of management experience

Financial Accounting Principles, Financial Analysis and Financial Analysis


Strategic thinking, financial decision -making and risk management

Communication skills and strong presentation for interaction with senior executives and foreign institutions
