Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Recruitment and Performance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, collaborating with Operations Managers to fulfill staffing needs, and maintaining an updated candidate database. The role involves regular travel and requires excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases
- Provide support in organizing job fairs
- Implement and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success of recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout recruitment and onboarding
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate potential effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and prepare recruitment report
