Job Description
We are looking for a growth-driven, creative, and data-oriented Social Media Manager who can elevate our brand presence across social platforms through smart strategy, strong execution, and effective team leadership.
If social media, to you, is not just about posting content—but a full ecosystem of data, strategy, creativity, and impact—this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Create clear, actionable, and inspiring briefs for creative, design, and content production teams.
- Manage multiple social media accounts (across different brands or projects) with structured planning and goal-driven execution.
- Lead and manage the social media team, including designers, copywriters, and community managers.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (Engagement, Reach, CTR, Conversions, etc.) to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are fully aligned with overall brand and growth goals.
- Ideate and execute creative content concepts and viral campaigns that differentiate the brand.
- Deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and data-backed improvement recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong strategic and data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on analytics and performance insights.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership mindset with experience guiding and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Creative, results-oriented, and highly motivated to drive measurable impact.
- Deep familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and current social media trends.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and monitoring tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Notion, and similar platforms.
