UI Designer

We’re excited to find a talented and passionate UI Designer to join our Prime team! If you love solving design challenges and refining intricate user journeys, this role is perfect for you. You'll play a vital role in shaping a successful user experience team and contributing to the evolution of our design system. 

What You’ll Do 
Design interfaces and user experiences for e-commerce products. 
Build empathy for users and empower them through thoughtful design solutions. 
Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into innovative, user-friendly product designs. 
Collaborate with team members to iterate and refine designs based on feedback. 
Partner with front-end developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs. 
Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. 
Use data (qualitative and quantitative) to iterate and optimize designs. 

What You’ll Bring 
2+ years of experience in digital product design (web or mobile apps). 
A portfolio showcasing your design problem-solving skills. 
Proficiency in designing across multiple platforms. 
Experience in creating and working with design systems. 
Strong ability to analyze and simplify complex user flows and scenarios. 
Excellent communication skills to articulate and document design decisions. 
Proven experience delivering complex projects from concept to launch. 
Solid visual design skills and attention to detail. 
Comfort with setting success metrics and making data-driven design decisions. 
Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
