سرپرست تاسیسات | Maintenance Supervisor

شرح پست:
برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و نظارت بر نگهداری و تعمیرات پیشگیرانه و اصلاحی (PM/CM) کلیه تأسیسات و تجهیزات حیاتی
نظارت بر عملکرد سیستم‌های Utility دارویی شامل:
HVAC و سیستم‌های تهویه تمیز
چیلر، بویلر، کمپرسور هوا
سیستم‌های آب دارویی PW
برق اضطراری، UPS و ژنراتور
اطمینان از انطباق فعالیت‌های تأسیساتی با الزامات GMP
تهیه، تکمیل و کنترل مستندات فنی، لاگ‌بوک‌ها و SOPهای مرتبط
همکاری مؤثر با واحدهای QA، QC و تولید در:
Validation و Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Change Control
بررسی Deviation و اجرای CAPA
مدیریت و سرپرستی تیم فنی (برق، مکانیک، تأسیسات)
نظارت بر عملکرد پیمانکاران و شرکت‌های سرویس‌دهنده
مشارکت در Auditهای داخلی و خارجی (سازمان غذا و دارو، مشتریان)
شناسایی ریسک‌های فنی و اجرای اقدامات اصلاحی
ارائه پیشنهادهای بهبود جهت کاهش مصرف انرژی و افزایش بهره‌وری

شرایط احراز:
مدرک تحصیلی حداقل کارشناسی در یکی از رشته‌های:
مهندسی مکانیک
مهندسی تأسیسات یا رشته‌های مرتبط
(ترجیحاً تولید API)حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در صنایع دارویی
تسلط بر الزامات GMP و تأسیسات دارویی
آشنایی با مستندسازی فنی و سیستم‌های کیفیت
توانایی مدیریت تیم و حل مسائل فنی در شرایط بحرانی
آشنایی با اصول HSE
مزیت محسوب می‌شود:
سابقه کار در کارخانه‌های تولید API یا مواد شیمیایی دارویی
تجربه حضور در Auditهای بین‌المللی
آشنایی با سیستم‌های مدیریت نگهداری و تعمیرات (CMMS)

Job Description:
Planning, implementation and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs (PM/CM) of all critical facilities and equipment
Monitoring the performance of pharmaceutical utility systems including:
HVAC and clean ventilation systems
Chillers, boilers, air compressors
PW medicated water systems
Emergency power, UPS and generator
Ensuring compliance of facility activities with GMP requirements
Provision, completion and Control of technical documentation, logbooks and related SOPs
Effective cooperation with QA, QC and production units in:
Validation and Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Change Control
Deviation review and CAPA implementation
Management and supervision of the technical team (electricity, mechanics, facilities)
Monitoring the performance of contractors and service companies
Participation in internal and external audits (Food and Drug Organization, customers)
Identify technical risks and implement corrective measures
Provide improvement suggestions to reduce energy consumption and increase productivity
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree in one of the fields:
Mechanical engineering
Facilities engineering or related fields
(preferably API production) At least 5 years of related work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Mastery of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical facilities
Familiar with Technical documentation and quality systems
Ability to manage a team and solve technical issues in critical situations
Familiar with HSE principles
Advantage:
Work experience in API or pharmaceutical chemical plants
Experience in international audits
Familiarity with maintenance and repair management systems (CMMS)
