The Senior SEO Specialist at ALDataset plays a strategic and technical leadership role in maximizing organic visibility and discoverability of our AI-powered platforms, datasets, models, tools, and thought-leadership content. In an era dominated by AI-driven search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), zero-click answers, and Search Everywhere behaviors, you will architect and execute sophisticated, future-proof organic growth strategies that position ALDataset as the go-to authority in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data infrastructure, and ethical AI across traditional SERPs, AI Overviews, LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.), voice assistants, and emerging discovery surfaces.

You will collaborate closely with Content Strategists, Data Scientists, AI Product Managers, Web Engineers, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to align SEO initiatives with product launches, research publications, model releases, and business growth objectives—driving qualified traffic, lead generation, brand authority, and long-term market dominance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Comprehensive Organic Strategy — Own and evolve the full-funnel SEO roadmap for ALDataset, encompassing traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and multi-platform visibility (Google, Bing, AI chat interfaces, social/search hybrids).
  • Advanced Keyword & Intent Research — Conduct deep, AI-era keyword research using semantic clustering, topic modeling, user intent analysis (informational, navigational, commercial, transactional), and predictive trend forecasting to identify high-value opportunities in AI/data domains.
  • Technical SEO Mastery & Site Architecture — Perform in-depth technical audits, optimize crawl budget, schema markup (including AI-friendly structured data), Core Web Vitals, JavaScript rendering/SSR/SSG considerations, site speed, mobile-first indexing, international/ multilingual SEO, and canonicalization—working hand-in-hand with engineering to implement fixes at scale.
  • Content Optimization at Scale — Guide creation and iterative refinement of high-E-E-A-T content (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness), optimize for AI summarization and citation (structured answers, direct attribution signals), improve semantic richness, and enhance content freshness, depth, and uniqueness for both humans and LLMs.
  • Generative & AI Search Innovation — Develop and test GEO tactics to increase citation probability, snippet visibility, and recommendation rates in generative AI responses; experiment with prompt-friendly formatting, authority signals, quotation optimization, and bias-aware content structuring.
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience — 2+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity; proven track record driving significant organic growth (preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, AI/ML, data/science, or developer-focused products).
  • Portfolio & Impact — Demonstrable case studies showing large-scale traffic/revenue growth, technical SEO transformations, successful GEO/AEO experiments, or recovery from major algorithm updates.
  • Technical Depth — Expert-level understanding of modern technical SEO: JavaScript SEO, headless CMS, API-first architectures, structured data (Schema.org + AI extensions), log file analysis, server-side rendering implications, and mobile/app SEO.
  • Tool Proficiency — Advanced command of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker/ BigQuery, Surfer SEO / Frase / Clearscope, and familiarity with AI-specific tools (e.g., for citation tracking or generative visibility).
  • AI & Future-Proof Mindset — Strong knowledge of 2025–2026 search trends: AI Overviews, SGE evolution, agentic search, zero-click economy, E-E-A-T / brand signals as ranking factors, voice/visual/multimodal search, and privacy-first indexing.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking — Data-driven decision maker with excellent SQL/querying skills, statistical analysis aptitude, and ability to translate complex performance data into actionable business strategies.
  • Content & Brand Acumen — Deep appreciation for high-quality, authoritative content; experience optimizing for both human readers and machine summarization/citation.
  • Soft Skills — Exceptional communication and storytelling ability; experience presenting to C-level audiences; collaborative yet autonomous working style in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Hands-on experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tactics and measuring success in LLM ecosystems. 
    • Background in AI, machine learning, data science, or developer tools/products. 
    • Familiarity with international/multi-language SEO and hreflang implementation. 
    • Experience using Python/R for SEO data analysis or automation. 
    • Active contributor to SEO/AI communities (blogs, conferences, forums).
