شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و نظارت بر پیشرفت پروژه‌های نفت و گاز.
• تحلیل و گزارش‌دهی مداوم وضعیت پروژه‌ها.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مرتبط برای شناسایی و رفع موانع پروژه.
• تضمین تطابق پروژه‌ها با استانداردها و مقررات صنعتی.
• بهبود فرآیندها و کارایی پروژه‌ها از طریق تحلیل داده‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• توانایی در مدیریت پروژه و کنترل زمان‌بندی.
• مهارت‌های قوی در تحلیل و حل مسئله.
• توانایی در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با مدیریت پروژه.
• توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباط مؤثر.
• مسلط به استانداردهای PMBOK و ISO 21502.
• مدرک PMP یا RMP.

The expert of the project management office in the oil construction and design company is responsible for controlling and managing projects related to the oil and gas industry. This role requires working closely with various engineering and project teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Management and oversight on the progress of oil and gas projects
- continuous analysis and reporting of the status of projects
- cooperation with related teams to identify and remove project obstacles
- ensuring compliance of projects with industrial standards and regulations
- Improving the processes and efficiency of projects through data analysis

Competencies:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Ability in project management and schedule control
- Strong skills in Analysis and problem solving
- Ability to use software related to project management
- Ability to work in a team and effective communication
- Mastery of PMBOK and ISO 21502 standards
- Possession of PMP or RMP certificate
