Role Description

As the Design Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our design and creative team while also contributing hands-on to a variety of creative projects. From branding and graphic design to UI/UX for web and mobile, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring visual consistency, high-quality deliverables, and seamless team collaboration. While you are directly responsible for managing the team and ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of all the assigned tasks, you must be able to fulfill and assume all the UI/UX responsibilities with hands on, expert-level literacy on all the design tools utilized within your team .

This role combines creative design expertise with leadership and project management paired with thorough QA audit. You must be fluent in English, experienced in remote collaboration, and confident in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard software.

You should be able to multitask, perform, and deliver under tight deadlines without compromising the quality of the work.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic and UI/UX designers in a remote setting.
Collaborate with internal teams (Project, SEO, development, content, etc.) to understand project goals and translate them into compelling design solutions.
Ensure consistent quality and creativity across all design outputs including:

-Logo and branding assets
-Social media graphics
-Web and mobile UI/UX design
-Presentation and advertising materials
-Participate in and oversee the full design process , from concept development to final delivery.
-Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
-Provide constructive feedback and creative direction during reviews.
-Champion best practices in design systems, user-centered design, and brand consistency.
-Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies (AI tools and engines specifically to keep the team current and competitive.

Requirements:
-5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and UI/UX, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
-Proven ability to design across multiple formats: brand, web, mobile, social.
-Expert in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and at least one prototyping or motion tool (e.g. After Effects, Principle, etc.).
-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility.
-Excellent project management and organizational skills.
-Fluent in English (spoken and written) — (clear and professional communication is a must.)
-Experience working in a remote team environment and across time zones.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with autonomy.
-Experience working with AI tool
Nice to Have
-Experience working in a growth/performance marketing agency.
-Project Management certificates such as PMP, and familiarity with agile methodologies
-Familiarity with project management tools like Clickup, Monday, Jira, and Notion as well as other remote collaboration platforms such as Slack, MS Teams, etc.
-Basic understanding of frontend development or how design translates to code (HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus).
