Important Note:
This job position is located in Berlin, Germany. After approval, applicants will receive an official invitation from the company and can begin working on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate and optimize agile delivery processes (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
Tailor workflows and dashboards in Jira to support team-specific delivery needs.
Develop and maintain advanced Jira automation, JQL queries, and ScriptRunner and plugins.
Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and PMO teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Identify delivery risks, propose creative solutions, and remove blockers.
Foster a collaborative, adaptable, and continuous improvement culture across teams.
Support PMO in defining, measuring, and evolving delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

Have experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, PMO Analyst, etc.) ·
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and flexibility to tailor them. ·
Strong Jira expertise (custom workflows, dashboards, automation, JQL). ·
Experience with Script Runner or similar scripting tools. ·
Analytical and creative thinker with problem-solving attitude. ·
Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills. ·
Fluent in English (reading/writing)
