A fully-remote, product-led startup building a next-generation provider panel that powers our booking platform, which handles millions of requests per month. Performance, reliability, and clean code are our DNA.
Your mission
- Design and build high-quality, reusable components in Next.js 12 (Page Router) and the latest App Router.
- Own server-side rendering (SSR) and performance optimisation (SEO, Core Web Vitals).
- Implement elegant UIs with Ant Design and Tailwind CSS based on Figma specs.
- Manage complex client state via MobX and architect code following Clean Architecture principles.
- Integrate social logins (Google, Facebook, …) and secure REST APIs.
- Instrument the frontend with Sentry and proactively squash bugs.
- Write unit & integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and participate in code reviews.
- Document your work, attend daily stand-ups, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.
Must-have skills
- 5 + years of professional frontend experience, 3 + years with React / Next.js
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+) — we don’t use TypeScript
- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility
- Hands-on with Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, and MobX
- Experience with i18n and multi-language sites
- Solid grasp of SEO, Lighthouse, and web performance optimisation
- Familiarity with Docker for local setup and basic container workflows
- Git & CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar)
Nice-to-have
- Experience with microservices, micro-frontends or GraphQL
- Experience with Atlassian products ( Jira, Confluence ) and Slack
- Knowledge of analytics / event-tracking tools
