Summary
We are seeking a driven and creative Campaign Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing both digital and offline campaigns, and ensuring seamless alignment across marketing, product, and commerce teams to achieve business goals and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels (including social media, search, display, OOH, partnerships, and events).
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and budgets.
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, commerce, and product teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment with campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (KPIs, metrics) and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, forecasts, and ensure efficiency.
- Work with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to support media buying and ad delivery.
- Maintain campaign documentation and post-campaign reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new channels, and best practices.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· Minimum 4–2 years of experience in campaign management, brand marketing, or partnership marketing.
· Proven track record in executing ATL, BTL, TTL campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
· Experience in TVC production, outdoor media, sponsorships, and media buying.
· Strong analytical and reporting background with demonstrated impact on ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in campaign, advertising, or marketing management roles.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), ROI, and attribution models.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English for reporting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
