Job requirements:
We are seeking individuals with exceptional English language proficiency and at least one year of experience in sales and marketing. The individual has to be able to make as many as 80 phone calls every day. The ability to have a good phone conversation is crucial. the capability to stay awake during night hours is a must for this job, so if you cannot work during night hours or have another job, you won't be a good candidate for this position. Having a laptop and a stable internet connection is a must for this job. as a staffing agency, we provide B2B services, so the product and the services to be sold is determined by the type of company we are working with. If you can play your role perfectly as a sales agent, you can be promoted to a sales manager handling a group of people for the company you are working. There is always a room to grow with us!!!

Payment:
The payment for this job id done weekly. there is a fixed rate for working 40 hours every week and plus commissions for making sales. The commissions come in USD, but the fixed rate is in Iranian currency.
Working hours and days:
 The whole job is remote and according to the American calendar, so it is Monday to Friday. 6:30 PM to 3:30 Am Tehran time.  
If you cannot adapt yourself to the American calendar, this job is not for you.
