We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong skills in motion graphics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate combines artistic vision with technical expertise to create compelling visual content that enhances brand identity and engages our audience across digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality static and motion graphics for multiple channels, including websites, social media, advertisements, and presentations.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and promotional visuals, combining animation and design to deliver powerful brand messages.
- Maintain and evolve brand identity and visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to develop design concepts that meet strategic objectives and deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, motion techniques, and digital tools to keep our visual content fresh and engaging.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and production quality.
- Prepare and optimize design assets for both digital and print applications, ensuring technical accuracy and brand alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably within marketing, media, or advertising environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, visual storytelling, and mastery of both static and animated design.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback effectively.
- Basic knowledge of web design and responsive visual principles is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for crypto, fintech, or technology brands.
- Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and how design influences user engagement.
- Familiarity with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong sense of storytelling and brand consistency in motion projects.
